You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time under Manage Subscriptions and selecting Upcoming Orders in your account, or by contacting our customer service team. Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next order is scheduled to ship.

Cancellations made within 5 business days of your next shipment date will go into effect on the following order and all subsequent scheduled deliveries. Please note that any items scheduled for delivery before the cancellation takes effect will be shipped.

Refunds for fees paid prior to the subscription cancellation date cannot be made. Returns for items purchased through the Subscribe & Save service are subject to our Return Policy.
