We define safe synthetics as raw materials that are rigorously tested and proven to not cause harm, are widely accepted by regulatory bodies and EWG for cosmetic use, and which do not include parabens, phthalates, talc, and sulfates. As modern science is constantly evolving and expanding, we continue to keep abreast of all the latest developments regarding ingredient safety and update our blacklist as new information becomes available. We follow Ulta Beauty's Conscious Beauty® and Clean at Sephora guidelines. Everything we formulate is dermatologist and allergy tested to ensure it is safe for sensitive skin.
